During the enrollment period Benefits Representatives will be available at the Office of Risk and Benefits Management, 1501 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 335, Miami, FL 33132. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., to provide enrollment assistance in a Cigna Healthcare (non-Medicare) plan.
